Every week, I see something else that reminds me that this country's leaders are determined to ensure that a once-free society is headed towards a totalitarian state where its citizens are its largest police force. In this case, a librarian gets suspended because of the actions of one of its patrons.
Blaming the librarian for the actions of an adult patron takes the shame and blame away for the person abusing the open internet access being offered. Hold that person accountable for their actions, not the librarian.
