There is no Swedish Conspiracy.
Not sure what that means or why I stumbled across this in the osuosl mirror for releases.mozilla.org, but I'm going to go ahead and Google it anyway. (google as a verb?) Calvin was right. Verbing so weirds English.
Anyway, off to get Firefox 2 now.
EDIT:
There are several folders named "conspiracy" on the osuosl ftp site. I downloaded and viewed the source of one of the index.html files there. The source revealed comments discussing the Swedish conspiracy and finally indication that there is NO Swedish conspiracy. Intrigued, I proceeded to perform a search for that exact phrase on Google. This appears to be somehow related to Gnome, the desktop environment for Linux, but I'm too disinterested now to continue digging any deeper.
Two things of note, however:
1) It took only 4 minutes from posting the original version of this post to it being indexed at Google
2) Last night, there were only 8 results for the exact phrase "There is NO Swedish Conspiracy". This morning, there are 20.
